Hallucination Simulator

AI doesn't actually "know" facts; it predicts the next most likely word. When you ask an obscure question, the AI calculates a Confidence Score. If its most likely answer only has a 20% probability, a "safe" model will say "I don't know." But if you lower the Confidence Threshold, the AI will confidently state that 20% guess as a fact. This is how hallucinations happen.

Why This Matters
AI hallucinations aren't "glitches"β€”they are a natural result of the model trying to satisfy your request with low-quality data. In professional settings, developers set high thresholds to prevent errors. However, when you ask an AI for creative writing, thresholds are often lowered to allow for more imaginative (and technically "false") connections.
